Archie.

Age: 7 years.

Breed: Affenpinscher.

Hobbies: Socialising with other pooches, chewing bones, strolls on the beach, treat balls filled with peanut butter.

Food loves: Peanut butter, cheese, bones, mince steak, chicken necks.

What is Archie thinking right now: Where are my treats? That’s right, keep ’em coming.

Most memorable moment: My special human loved seeing me play happily with other dogs not long after she got me. She also thought it was pretty awesome when I came when called, after just two days in my new digs!

How I have helped my special human: By showing her how much I love her every day.

“As soon as I’ve said hi to every dog within eyeshot, I’ll be back for some mega cuddles and some cheese cubes.”

Archie.

Did you doggone know?

Archie is super happy that his special human adopted him from the RSPCA. Many beautiful dogs, whether purebred like Archie or mixed breeds, find themselves in shelters. These dogs may have been rescued from situations of neglect, found wandering the streets or surrendered for various reasons.

If you are looking for a canine companion, consider one of your local shelters to find your next furry bestie. If you’re lucky, they may be as gorgeous as Archie! Check out the RSPCA Australia website to see the current furkids up for adoption.

Oh Archie! You sound delightful, and I think the perfect pooch to meet our one year old cavoodle, Teddy. Teddy shares your hobbies and interests as well as your passion for treats. I think he could also pick up one or two good doggy manners by hanging out with you a while. Soon, maybe?

Thank you Enna. That’s a very kind (and true) thing to say. What do they say ‘bout dogs mimicking their owners’. Or is that vice versa?
    Kind Regards
